Reviews and stories of changes from Rehabilitation program participants

" 'Plan for Change' is a program for those who want to transform their lives. It only works when a person truly desires change and accepts God into their heart. In this program, you can learn patience, humility, receive God’s Love, and share it with others. You also have the opportunity to let go of harmful habits and negative traits - but real results come only when the person truly wants it.I believe that for someone to be transformed through the “Plan for Change” training, they need to dive deeper into God’s Word. The entire program at the Yakir center, which I went through, helped me strengthen my faith in God and reflect on my past life in addiction. I no longer want to live the way I did before. This program helped me understand my purpose in life here on Earth. I don’t want to go back to my old life. I see a way out - the program and God are working.Thank you to all the staff for their efforts. May God bless you."

"The "Plan for Change" training helped me build a personal framework: what I want to change, why I need it, where and how I can apply these changes, how these changes will impact me and those around me, and how to find my calling in God and understand what He wants from me.During my transformation, God spoke to me through the staff at the Center, thanks to whom I discovered goals and meaning in my future life. I gained motivation and the desire to live. The "Yakir" organization… I had never seen or heard of such a high level of organization and professional approach in the field of helping people with chemical dependencies.May God protect every person involved in this ministry. I wish the Center prosperity, growth, and new projects that will help take the rehabilitation process to an even higher and better level. The quality of the "Plan for Change" is reflected in the changes in my life:I used hard drugs for 16 years, and now I’ve been clean for 8 years since 2016.I used to steal and lie to people - now I earn an honest living.Nothing interested me before, but now I’m studying.Thank you to the "Yakir" Center and all the team for their kind hearts."

"I came to know myself better—my weaknesses and strengths. I learned what I need to work on, what needs to change, and what steps I need to take to make those changes. I discovered what to avoid and what, on the contrary, I should move closer to. I also came to know God more deeply and saw His work in my heart."

"I’m an alcoholic with 25 years of addiction. I never thought about treatment or healing until I turned 40. I had drunk myself into a critical state. That’s when the Lord led me to the Yakir Rehabilitation Center. There, I took part in the 'Plan for Change' training. This training offers a great opportunity to reflect on both the good and bad traits of your character, set priorities, and make plans for the near future. It has helped me walk with God for 12 years now, since 2013.The Lord has been blessing me - with a family, a job, relatives, and friends."

"I became aware of my illness after the age of 30. I tried many times to get treated - getting coded, laser therapy, implant treatments - I made countless promises to myself and others that I would stop drinking. All my attempts and efforts were in vain.In a mysterious way, I ended up at the Yakir Center in 2014 and began taking part in various trainings.I came to know God, and with His help, I began to change. While going through the "Plan for Change," I realized what I wanted to change, how I wanted to change it, and what goals I needed to set in life.A few years later, I saw real changes in myself and now understand that the plan works."

I took part in the "Plan for Change" training. It’s a great educational course. During the learning process, you can discover a lot about yourself - the main thing is to accept it in the right way.I opened up to people, I opened up to God, and I was able to repent of my sins and accept Jesus Christ into my heart. Now I have a big family, a good job, and loyal friends."
